As a nurse practitioner and health coach with years of experience in primary care, I'm dedicated to helping others lead healthier, more balanced lives. I blend clinical insight with practical, realistic lifestyle strategies - creating personalised plans that feel achievable, not overwhelming.

Alongside one-to-one consultations, I also deliver group health coaching programmes within primary care settings, supporting people living with chronic conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular risk to make meaningful, lasting lifestyle changes. This keeps my work grounded in evidence-informed practice and real-world healthcare experience.

As a mother of three teenage boys with a deep passion for health and fitness, I understand how important realistic habits are in busy lives. Health shouldn't feel extreme or restrictive - it should feel supportive and doable. 

With years of nursing experience, I bring a deep understanding of both medical care and what truly drives long-term wellbeing. I help you bridge the gap between healthcare and sustainable lifestyle change - listening carefully, identifying what's really going on, and creating tailored plans that support your energy, hormone balance and long-term metabolic health.
